As a group of 6 friends, we found this a great place for a traditional Indian meal that we could all share, enabling us all to enjoy a variety of dishes.

There were a few small flaws to the meal: the fried veggie appetizer was more like over-fried bits of batter and there was too much salt in the saag chicken (in spite of which, everyone in the party agreed that it was one of their favorites).

The other favorite of the night was aloo gobi, but frankly all the dishes we ordered were tasty and well-prepared. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Excellent food quality, menu variety and service; top it all of with a nice atmosphere and friendly service which can be a bit slow during peak season. A couple of my favorite dishes: the vindaloo, sizzling lamb chops, and for dessert, pistachio ice cream.

After reading many good reviews, we made reservations and gave this place a try. I would say, when in Whistler this is a place to go for something different than the steakhouses and Italian restaurants. The waitress gave some good recommendations and we tried a variety of dishes. All were very good, and the portions were larger than expected. The bread is delicious. Don't miss this place while in Whistler.

Having read the reviews on Tripadvisor maybe I was expecting too much. Oh well. Pleasant staff, good poppa dumps, but after that very average. We had both vegetable and meat mixed platters to start which were basically a scattering of onion bhaji and a samosa with a couple of other bits. Very disappointing. Mains were ok. Pick of the bunch was the chilli chicken. Worst was the far too sweet mango chicken. Naan breads were good but rice was surprisingly tasteless. Overall a low average I am afraid.

Pleasing scent of incense and spices lingers in the air and welcomes you in this spacious and elegant Indian restaurant.
Although perfectly set and ready for private functions or large group reservations, we enjoyed an intimate dinner at a table by the window in comfortable high-back chairs and were served at a perfect pace, amazing Indian traditional specialties quite well suggested by our delectable young europeen waitress.
Portions were generous and warm. Carefully prepared food to amaze your taste buds.
Quite affordable.
Parking is ample and free, directly out front.
Seem to be very popular as take-out option.
