The location is fantastic and the advertised price is Great. But BC taxes and $20 parking fee raised the price from $130 to $180. We had to be moved to a new room because the air conditioner didn't work and neither did the ice machine.

Kitchenette was good. Great location right on the village. Nice grocery store right next door.

No air conditioning. Had the studio with a loft and the loft was unbearably hot. There were two fans in the room which helped, but made it clear they acknowledge the heat problem.

C rating on cleaning. Flooring was worn and needed a good scrubbing.

Parking is an extra $20 per night.

Bike locker had been broken into and we feared for our bikes the whole time. Front Desk would not allow bikes in room.

King bed was okay, but twin bed were like cardboard.

Room Tip: Probably a better experience in the fall or winter.

Noisy, run down, uncomfortable. Not a three star. I am not sure why central reservations would recommend this place! Location is the only thing that it has going for it. So many beautiful hotels close by:(

Only stayed one night but that was enough. Very small room, noisy and not clean.toilet would run almighty if you didn't jiggle the handle. It was either loud air conditioner or outside noise if you opened the window. There was debris on floor from previous guest that had not been cleaned very good.

Stayed here with a friend after finishing the BC Bike Race.
Easy to find and very accomodating. Stored our bikes in the locker room until we collected all our travel bags to pack them up.
Room was wedge shaped but still functional. Not much natural daylight although the only window looked out over the square. Well apart from the tree that blocked the view.
Saturday nights are noisy, it's something that goes with the territory. A vibrant place in the summer, I guess the winter is too.
En-suite, tea/coffee, air con, fridge, tv and good beds.
Close to restaurants and coffee shops.
Pacific Coach collection/drop off just outside at rear. Easy!
Would definately stay there again.

I loved its location. From the balcony you could see the village though Saturday nights can be noisy. Peek 2 Peek Gondola is on 2 mins walk. It has nice restaurants around. Accommodation was good if you compare it with the price. Overall it was a good experience.

Room Tip: Rooms with balcony are awesome but can be noisy too
