“No disappointments!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 2, 2013

Skiing Whistler Blackcomb has always been on my bucket list. Well, the opportunity to visit this resort with some very good friends became available this past winter and I jumped at the opportunity. Sometimes when you have dreamed about visiting a place it's hard for the experience to meet your expectation. But in this case, there were no disappointments! Between the fantastic skiing terrain, the great weather and the wonderful restaurants this is definitely a place to "Re-do". Whistler is not rated the #1 ski resort in North America for no reason, they do customer service very, very well. I even got to hook up with one of their snow grooming supervisors for a ride along in one of their winch cats after closing hours...another item checked off! Finally if you stop into the mid mountain lodge for lunch while skiing make sure you try the chili served into a freshly made bread bowl...worth the trip!

“Amazing Views!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 20, 2013

Our family of four spent a week and half in the Whistler area and it truly was one of our best vacations ever. We purchased the two-day pass for Whistler Blackcomb through the tourism office and combined the Gondola ride and several hikes along the main trails with lunch one day, and Mountain Top BBQ dinner the next. It was pricey, but definitely worth it as this seemed to capture highlights of the area. Nice, well marked trails with maps and a key to wildflowers on the mountain were provided, and it was less crowded that I would have expected. The views are incredible in every direction, and there is plenty to check out in the main area or could easily make a full day of it by hiking further out. Good options for purchasing food and drinks are available and there is a nice souvenir shop as well.

“Best ski resort ever”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 18, 2013

Whistler Blackcomb offers an amazing variety of terrain that you can spend days exploring. They constantly upgrade the lifts so that they keep ahead of the competition. The price of a lift ticket is getting quite high but the skiing can't be beat!

“Powdwer in April!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 17, 2013

Had a great three days on the slopes at Whistler Blackcomb last April. Was really surprised and very pleased to be the beneficiary of a late spring snow fall and not too much of a crowd on the mountain. We skied untracked powder well into the afternoon on our last day and had a blast. I can recommend this destination as a great all around mountain experience with the only drawbacks being the full price lift pass, even though some of the lifts were shut down and only one on mountain restaurant open for us to eat at.
