“Awesome hotel.”
Reviewed October 2, 2013

This is a great place to stay for a short walk into Whistler Village and the base of Whistler Mountain. A very "modern", hip-style hotel. We brought our 1-year old baby, and had a suite- which was nice so he could sleep in the bedroom and we could stay up later in the "living area".

Dear Super Dr Davey,

Thank you for the good review, it is great to hear your feedback.

The Suites are a nice option for families, and as you mention we are very close to the village so getting around is a breeze.

We hope to see you and family again soon.

Really liked this hotel , clean and comfortable. Stayed for 1 night . Was well positioned for everything ski lifts and restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful but the car parking was well overpriced at $19 a night this only would stop us staying here again.

This place is nice and hip. Very clean and modern. The staff are awesome. I'm a biker and the accommodated me amazingly. They even have a bike wash/tool station out the front,

Only down was that the pillows were too full, I like a thin pillow which these were not.

Stay here if you don't need a kitchen and apartment style acomdoation.

We had a end room on the second floor, no noise the heat/air worked great! room was clean the bed was so comfortable and my son slept on the sofa which pulled out into a queen bed. Loved the deep bathtub on the chilly nights it was a great comfort. The Hotel is in a great location not right in the middle of the village but only a 2 minute walk and you are there. My son and I went on the Ziptrek eco tour and had a blast, 2 minute walk to where we needed to be!
Thanks to all the staff.

Stayed at Aava last week for just one night but thoroughly enjoyed the hotel - reception staff very nice to deal with and the hotel is very close to the villange and all the summer activities at Whistler/Blackcomb

Room Tip: Room 465 has the best view of the mountain

Great location, very clean, large room. Nice covered parking. We walked everywhere from here! I think the lower affordable price is due to the fact that they don't have an in-house restaurant. I would stay again!

Nicely located close to Whistler Village (2 min walk) this Hotel is well equipped and kind of luxury. Parking has to be paid but at reasonable rates. The staff is very helpful and friendly. As always, interior walls aren't that noise reducting so you got an Impression of your neighbours anyway.
