If you find yourself with the primal urge to explore your inner caveman whilst at Whistler then Sidecut is the place for you. Not because you have long hair, a protruding jaw and a fur coat (although some patrons have at least one of the above) but because you are in need of serious red meat. Located in the Four Seasons hotel, Sidecut is pretty relaxed, has a great wine list and the rubs they use on the meat are interesting and innovative. This place is strangely suggestive. I don’t know why but I will leave it to you find out for yourselves.
