Nicely located just a free, five minute bus ride from the Whistler gondola. The room was a two bedroom suite and provided ample space for five of us. Amenities were good and you could walk or take the bus to many different eating spots. Staff were available and courteous and outdoor hot tubs were great in the snow!

I've been to this hotel at least twice a year for as long as I can remember. Not once did I have a problem. Great amenities, friendly staff, cool events. Sometimes, in the winter, I've seen them offer free warm apple cider. Delicious! And they even have their own grocery store, which came in handy when we forgot to get a birthday cake for my dad. They also have an arcade area, an adult pool and sauna area, and a kid's pool area. A lot of areas with great scenery! I'm nearly a hundred percent sure that my family's tradition of going every year will continue for a long time.

Room Tip: Rooms by the children's pool might be pretty noisy.

In typical Intrawest style, this one is great for the family. A very good and solid resort in the Upper Village. Location is good too within walking distance to Blackcomb gondola and the path into the lower/main village. As a whole, the upper village is a little more exclusive/luxury in accommodations and more quiet.

The property (given a ski resort) seemed a little tired. Bed was very average the pillows where horrible. The jet bath didnt work and was not cleaned very well. (a few hairballs). Don't plan a day watching NFL Sundays as they have a poor selection of tv channels. Room was very spacious and very cozy. Nice fireplace big deck. Reception staff nice and good parking as well.

When I visited Club Intrawest with my parents, I was expecting what I usually saw of timeshare locations: lavishly decorated lobbies, and average, if not slightly above average rooms with the minimums. Oh boy, was I wrong.

This resort is truly amazing. I have never stayed in a suite as comfortable and welcoming as the suites there. Having stayed here now over five times, in a range of rooms from studios to two-bedroom suites, all make me feel like they are designed for people, not their money.

In the rooms, you'll find everything you expect, with quality. Being a stickler for interior design, I can only say that this hotel has been beat by no other hotel I have ever stayed in.

The facilities of the place are stunning - a large, friendly pool with a great hot tub and water slide, an adult pool for those not so inclined for the waterslide, a library, a fitness centre - and my favourite - the theatre. Last time I was in the theatre was in 2006, if I recall correctly, and we stayed for all three films. The staff are helpful and friendly, willing to be useful, unlike many other timeshares.

The location can be a hindrance of sorts, not being located directly in Whistler Village, but the stroll into "town" is pleasant and scenic.

If you want a crossover rustic/modern, up-to-date, kid and adult friendly resort that has everything anyone would want, this is the place for you.

Room Tip: Stay away from pool; people aren't particularly noisy but the pumps keep you up at night.

Staying at the Club Intrawest Resort this week and enjoying beautiful fall colors outside. Excellent hiking/biking trails, clearly signed. Well-designed village pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants. The Resort itself is a little bit rugged in decor but comfortable and superbly located. Pools and hot tubs working well, friendly staff. Overall a great experience and lots to do, even without snow. Worth returning to.

Room Tip: Two sections - one for families - noisy; one for those who love it more quiet. Call before arrival i...

We went to this hotel with another couple to celebrate both of our anniversary's. They have an Intrawest membership.

The suite was wonderful. Everything we needed was there for cooking and entertaining. If we needed something we simply called the front desk.

Excellent weekend and we are looking forward to returning soon!!
