This is an amazing hostel, It's converted from the Athletes accommodation for the Winter Olympics and just opened. The thought that has gone in to the layout and facilities is amazing, from sockets and lights over individuals beds to the tv/Cinema room.
Everything is finished beautifully , I've stayed in 4/5 star hotels with worse fittings.
The staff are without exception in my experience friendly and helpful and really helped me out. You should keep an eye out at dusk for the bears that sometimes appear around the edge of the car park.
The location is stunning with big windows and a balconey to look out at the mountains .
The bus seems to run every 30 mins or so to Whistler centre and you probably should bring supplies with you as there aren't any shops open around within walking distance that I could find, a small cafe is open till 2 for breakfast/lunch
