Firstly, the location is great. Within walking distance to the gondola, restaurants, bars, stores & the supermarket.
Apart from that, this hotel really needs to improve its customer service ( the spa staff were wonderful as were the housekeepers & room service staff ) the staff at the front desk were not particularly friendly or welcoming & they seemed bored by it all. Considering they are the first people that greet you upon your arrival, they really need to improve their skills. The interior design is tired & outdated & for the money you pay, I would expect rooms that are more contemporary & stylish & that represent 2020! The size of the family rooms are great, lots of space but I felt like I was in 1983 in regards to interior design.
The spa was lovely. The staff were warm, welcoming & friendly.More
