“Poor and Outdated”

This hotels web site would have you believe that this is a modern hotel It is not .The room was a Murphy style with a pull down bed which was really uncomfortable as were the pillows. All the furniture is dated and worn, nothing looks clean. The reception area is ok but the rest of the hotel is dark and dingy. One lift which is really small and no one to help with the bags. $20 dollars to park ( inc tax ) Work was been carried out and the balconies were closed off . I would have left if it had not been early evening and we were only staying one night.
On the positive it is a reasonable location and the reception staff were pleasant.
I have stayed at better hotels in Whistler for the same price and will not stay here again

We purchased SocialShopper coupon for a one night stay in a studio suite. The room is good for up to 4 people. Well equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, ironing board, etc. There's an open pool, hot tub, and sauna open from 10am-10pm. We totally loved our stay here and would definitely return in the future. I'd recommend people to come on weekends as there are more activities going on in Whistler.

The price we paid was good for a hotel in the heart of Whistler Village, but we had a room in the Powder Lodge with a murphy bed and a pull out single sofa bed. There was an awful smell eminating from the fridge - like wrotten food or sewer...but we couldnt find anything and unfortunately they were fully booked so we didnt bother complaining. Would not stay here again though.

Staying in Whistler was a little difficult for us as my partner was sick for the duration of our stay. This meant that we did spend a long time in the room however. The room was quite spacious, and had a Murphy bed to sleep on, which was quite sturdy. The kitchen was very useful to us and we found it all to be clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally nice and overall the stay was very good value. If you're coming to Whistler this place would definitely be my choice again.

Room was very comfortable and the hotel well placed for Whistler attractions. I was a bit miffed at not getting the wake-up call I had booked but the bed was very comfortable and as the weather was bad I spent extra time reading in bed!

We would highly recommend the resort to anyone. Its close to most points of interest, the staff we met made you feel welcome. Our only complaint was we only found out about the fitness center on our last night when my wife found a little booklet near front desk .There is so much to do in Whistler not knowing about the fitness area was not a real big dealbut it would of been nice to know. You really need a week to enjoy everything.

Room Tip: The rooms over looking the pool area have the best views. We could not see much because our balcony w...

My first visit here was 5 years ago with my friends. We stayed in a loft suite and it was enough room for 5 guys. we enjoyed our own cooking and food and used heated swimming pool and tubs. I should gave them 10 out of 10 at that time.

I re-visited last month with two little kids. I decided to go back same hotel because of my memory. I was okay but my wife and kids complained about cleanness. they said that it's very smelly.

If you visit with your friend, i strongly recommend it. but if you trip with your family with younger kids, you may need to find better one.
