We stayed here for a few nights, and had one of the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom places. It was soooo spacious. Had a full size kitchen, dining area, a fire place, great air conditioning system, and comfy beds! The hotel offers free wifi and it’s very fast and doesn’t drop out. It’s great you can bill movies direct to the room, but they are a little bit over priced. Shame their room service is connected to the Irish pub, as not the best food, but room service is very fast so that’s a bonus. Staff seem to be super friendly, would definitely stay here again. It’s nice and close to everything too.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for your kind feedback of the hotel. I am so pleased to hear that you had enjoyed so many aspects of your stay. We do our best to offer top of the line suites rather than just rooms that feel and look more like a home than just a room with some beds. Having amenities like the ones you mentioned help bring that feeling out! While we do try our best to offer the most recent blockbuster films, typically this comes at a premium cost for the high quality movies. We're sorry that you did not enjoy the quality Pub as it is definitely a local favorite. In the future, I would recommend staying at the Pan Pacific Village Centre as all of the room service menu is offered through Earl's restaurant. The Village Centre is also slightly more central within the Village but still boasts a short 3 minute walk to the base of the Mountain.

Again, I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, we hope to have you back in the very near future! Please let do not hesitate to contact us and we would be happy to have you back.

Kind regards,

Tristan

We stayed two nights in a mountain view upper room - one of those where the bed is in the wall during day to give a lounge and plenty of room. Strange at first, but very effective. We also had a mini kitchen and microwave etc so a well equipped room.
Location wise - great. We seemed to be just short walks from everything - the gondolas to the ski runs, shops, restaurants - in fact, the Irish Pub on the ground floor provided all we could need as well.
Benefits - great location, winter or summer with proximity to all amenities in Whistler
Tips - get a mountain view and don’t be afraid of room with fold up bed. Parking not cheap, but live with it or explore public car parks.

The staff at this location are exceptional! The suite rooms are very nice with a gas fireplace in the living room area, full kitchen, balcony, bedroom and a nice size bathroom. I stayed on the sixth floor and the view of Whistler mountain and the Whistler Village below was perfect. You can also opt out of having your room cleaned for $10 (Canadian) per day should you so decide. Since I was in the room by myself and they provided abundant towels and coffee amenities, I opted out of the daily cleaning for the five nights I stayed there. If you need additional towels or coffee or anything of that nature, you can request it also. I loved the fact that they had creamers in the refrigerator rather than the powdered creamers at a lot of hotels. I requested additional creamers from housekeeping on the second day and I was more than content with my stay. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just outside the gondola ride to the top of the mountain and the Village is just around the corner on the other end. All in all, a great stay!

Room tip: Get a higher floor and try not to book in season. Great rates in April and May.

Dear Gregory L.,

Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review of your recent stay with us! We appreciate your feedback. The gas fireplace, full kitchen, balcony, separate bedroom and spacious bathroom certainly make your suite feel like a cozy and comfortable home away from home I'm so glad that you had such positive experiences with our staff, and that you enjoyed your suite. The views of Whistler mountain and the village are something special aren't they? We are lucky to enjoy such a great location in the village at the base of the mountain and the gondolas, within an easy stroll of Whistler's many fantastic restaurants and shops.

Thank you again Gregory for your kind feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back to Whistler again in the future!

Kind regards

Such a great place to stay with a family. We had a 2 bedroom suite and a crib in the room for our infant. Love the pool - it's so warm for little ones, and there's not tons of lounging space so you don't have a whole bunch of adults just hanging out drinking and being rowdy. Really good for families. Having a full kitchen is really nice when you're away with a young family -- sometimes you just don't want to take them all to a restaurant. This is always our hotel of choice in whistler for the location and the spacious suites. Always clean and in great condition! I wish it was a bit less expensive but you get what you pay for!

Room tip: Ask the front desk for kid sized robes -- so fun!
