“Great Views, Pretty Cool Use Of Physics”
Reviewed July 29, 2010

Great views from the very unique perspective of ging from mountain top to mountain (near) top. Cars are quite large, able to carry 24 per car, run frequently and are fully enclosed. Silver cars have a glass bottom center, red cars do not. Little bit longer wait for the glass bottom than the solid bottom. Bring your camera. Good picture taking abounds.

“absolutely well worth the money - a real highlight of the trip”
Reviewed March 19, 2010

The Peak to Peak is such a wonderful way to see Whistler, and is especially worth doing if you're not there to Ski as you get to experience the whole mountain which would not be accessable any other way!
It was a 3 hour morning, with two opportunities to stop off for food and drink, we had hot chocolate and cookies at the final stop at Blackcomb, with great views and lots of seating available.
It's worth going up to the roof at the first stop off point to see a real panoramic view of Whistler, and also waiting for the Silver Glass Bottomed Gondolia once you'r'e up the top as the view is breathtaking!
There are lots of shops and restaurants once you get down from the peak to peak itself, although the prices at the top of the mountain are a bit more affordable if you can time having lunch up there it will save you some money.

“Great views, but more transport than an "activity" of its own”
Reviewed March 10, 2010

I had friends tell me about this as a don't-miss activity, so I made a point to try it during a recent ski trip. The scenery is lovely, but I didn't really appreciate the gondola is primarily transport for ski & snowboarders (who are better than I - it was my 1st time skiing) to get between the two mountains. It was fun to bring on my lunch and enjoy the ride and breathtaking views, but I'm glad I did it when I had a lift ticket for a lesson, and didn't pay just for this.

“Awesome experience”
Reviewed October 4, 2009

We went on the Ziptrek tour in the morning and the Peak to Peak in the afternoon. The Peak to Peak was much more exciting and breathtaking. You can't believe how high up you are in those beautiful new gondolas. The trip up to the very top of Whistler Mtn was also an exhilerating experience. Well worth the money. We did this in summertime and walked around on top the mountain.
