The fact that the sun was out and you could see forever made this activity a must. We rode gondolas, chairs, and did a 45 minute hike, all the time being blown away by the vistas and smell of mountain air. If you're in Whistler, and it's sunny - this activity is must! We found the cost reasonable for the time we spent on the Peak 2 Peak activity.

The tickets for this are expensive. We had money off vouchers from the hotel of $2 each and also asked for a family discount(this is in small print on the price board so not many people notice)it worked out about £100 for a family of four. However we were up on the mountain for about 2-3 hours. The views were great and we saw bears.

The Peak 2 Peak was the first thing we did while in Whistler. It was great! A little scary if you're afraid of heights at all...but very neat! There are restaurants and stores at the top of each peak. The views from the top are breathtaking and make for some of the best family pictures. I recommend doing Peak 2 Peak.

We were very fortunate to have a gondola to ourself and a member of staff, he was very informative and gave us lots of information on the peak 2 peak from start to completion. The views are out of this world. We purchased our tickets from our hotel so we walked on immediately (no queuing) we were early too which helped. You can use the gondolas as many times as you wish. We didn't wait for the glass bottom car, as the views are all around you so you miss nothing. A must do activity in Whistler.

You must ride the Peak 2 Peak when in Whistler. Yes, it is definitely a tourist attraction but don't let the crowds scare you as there is plenty of room at the top. We took the chair lift from Blackcomb (no lines as in Whistler) to the top. Easily boarded the gondola and took the 11 minute ride. We had waited for a glass-bottom car but discovered it doesn't add much. You can easily see the same scenery from the windows. We did spot a black bear on our crossing. Don't bother with the food it doesn't add anything to the experience. Take the chair lift to the top of Whistler and don't forget a coat. Even with warm weather in the village, its cool at the top. It is breath-taking and so beautiful. Don't miss this, well worth the money.
