“Has been turned into a restaurant called side cut”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2012

We were very disappointed to find that 5280 has been turned into a steakhouse called side cut. The bar area of the four seasons is still called 5280 but the main restaurant isn't any longer. Such a shame because it used to be one of our favourite places to eat in Whistler!

“Come here after dinner!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 24, 2012

Excellent cocktail and wine list. Nice variety of desert to cap off your day. Although we were a bit disappointed that they stopped serving our favorite trio of creme brulee (vanilla, pistachio and lavender).

“Great wine list but a little precious for Whistler”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 11, 2012

It's not that it 's over-rated but it's definitely a little over priced and precious for Whistler. Awesome service which of course you'd expect from Four Seasons...just a little unapproachable for an alpine setting. Wine list is excellent...including by the glass selections.

“Great service, wonderful food, comfortable seating.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 13, 2012

Our group stayed at the Four Seasons and spent most of their apres ski time in here. Truth be told some folks spent the whole day in here and skipped the slopes altogether. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious (beef sliders with truffle mayo, anyone?), addictive, salty popcorn and at certain times of the day, beautiful music. An upscale, relaxed vibe.

“Great chef and staff”

The staff are so nice and the Chef Andre is willing to do anything to make you feel at home, even preparing special requests from the clients
