Like many others, you truly get spoiled by BC parks sites. This one, while an excellent location has very small sites, all are walk in, it is noisy, and although it appears like there are lots of rules (don't leave food out, quiet time at 11pm) none are enforced.

On the plus side the cafe at the campground has amazing breakfasts!

Small spaces, little privacy, plenty of mosquitoes, loud beer guzzling and f*.* youth, sanitation not very clean and not enough for a full campground. Many rules : no fire, no noise, no drinking etc but no one to check...

If you would like to stay within Whistler, this is the place. It has a great location and is well run and clean. The sites are small and it is quite busy but we never expected more within the city limits of such a bustling place. This is a campground you visit to see Whistler, not to have the stereotypical camping experience.

1. This is the only place to pitch a tent in Whistler. 2. The campsites are by a mosquito pond, that produces many many annoying insects. 3. You are not allowed to keep any food at your tent site unless you are there and awake because of bears; the parking is a few minutes walk from the sites. This means that doing any cooking at your site is a drag. 4. The amount/size of the washrooms is inadequate for the # of sites. 5. The staff are very friendly. 6. This is the only place to pitch a tent at Whistler, so you need to just deal with it!

We travel to Whistler annually and typically will stay either in the village or at one of the area rentals, this was our first experience in Whistler with our trailer. I do not think we will come back, sites were very small and lacked in privacy.

We, a group of four adults and a teenaged brother a sister stayed in two small cabins there. The resort is quite well appointed if you are camping but the cabins are very small and the kitchen facilities are quite cramped with the bar fridge freezing things on the top shelf and not keeping anything cold on the bottom shelf. it is a very short and pleasant walk to the main village. This is an excellent camping resort but I do not recommend that you rent a cabin.

Room Tip: Cabins are really designed for just two people.

Full hook ups available, great biking trails, clean sites, good facilities and fairly easy parking for larger RVs. This campsite is fairly expensive, but in Whistler that is expected. Has a great p,aground for kids and good maintained campsites. There is wildlife in the area as you are warned upon checking in. Bike trails to Whistler village are right beside the campsites. Great spot!!
