Happened by chance here in transit and it was the closest venue for the World Cup final. Honest wholesome pub food in a very well appointed bar room with a friendly atmosphere. Good service from friendly staff with an attentive manager/landlady. They were doing a Sunday brunch which looked great but we ate from the menu with salad and burgers both really well prepared, fresh and delicious. Good desert (rhubarb cobbler). Beer choices traditional Canadian although they do have Okanagan Spring and Mount Begbie on tap. TV's could definitely be better with an upgrade to high definition essential if they want more hockey trade. Not sure why they put the projected large screen behind the buffet and you could not see it anyway because of the sunlight. Seems popular with the MC roadsters who frequent this region doing long distance biking tours.
