Owner description: Growing food & family memories since 1933! At Davison Orchards, you get fresh, local produce grown right here in Vernon, BC. And we don't just grow it - we use the ingredients in our bakery and café to make the most delicious farm food you've ever tasted. Everything we grow is available to you right here on the farm. We invite you to be part of the story of your food from start to finish. You can see the crops growing, the fruit being picked, and the apples being peeled for our famous apple pie. Because our family has been running this farm for over 80 years, we want your whole family to enjoy their time here. There is something for everyone and we hope you'll make your own happy memories and traditions.

“Incredible family attraction”
Reviewed September 8, 2011

I really enjoy going to Davison Orchards. Fun for all kids and adults still young at heart. They offer tractor rides and a pumpkin patch in early Oct onward to closing as well as many farm animals to view and pet and a fun play area. Not to mention great tasting homemade apple juice and other homemade fresh foods.

“So neat”
Reviewed August 26, 2011

My Aunt took me here as it is such a neat set-up. It is a working orchard selling their produce, mostly fruit. They also have a gift shop with neat little knick-knacks, a small bakery (smelled sooo good). There is also a little cafe which serves sandwiches, soup, drinks and dessert. And it's cleverly served in tin pie plates. The sandwiches are very good, it was too hot to have soup but the people around us that did were happy. They had a play area for kids and a train-like ride that goes through the orchard. A very charming way to spend an hour or two.

“We didn't want to leave!”
Reviewed August 21, 2011

Such an incredible place! The staff are so friendly and helpful. With our your children, we enjoyed time in all the play areas, feeding the animals and picking vegetables. We took an orchard tour on a tractor drawn train and learned about the history of the area. The lunch at the cafe was to die for! They offered a childrens lunch served in a sandbucket that included a hot dog, cookie and fresh apple juice. The grown ups enjoyed sandwiched made with fresh bread and veggies served with homemade fresh raspberry lemonade. We were able to purchase seasonal fruits and baking in the on site store and also sampled several other jarred foods they sell inclduing honey, dips, salsa, apple butter. It was all so good! There was a fee for playing in the kids areas and the tour.
