Enjoyed our stay here went in the hot tub and also to the gym nice view saw only one train go by friendly service very close to shopping and ect. right across the street from the hotel. A busy place here.

Had a weekend busy with a training camp. My family suite (loft) with kitchen was exactly what my family of 5 needed. We had plenty of room and enjoyed a great sleep. It was very clean! The rest of our club also stayed at the hotel in groups of 3&4 and were also pleased.

Okay so to be fair please read the whole review. This is an example of customer service to the umpteen degree.

We arrived without reservation and found the front desk staff helpful and cheerful. We had been driving all day and were tired and hungry, so given a 20% discount for the hotel restaurant we opted to eat there. The food, wine and service was all very good.

Heading up to our room, brought some disappointment. Sadly, there was no hot water. I called the front desk, who asked us to to wait 20 minutes before trying to shower again. The hotel explained because we were on the conference side, and people just returned to their rooms the hot water tank was likely just depleted. (She offered to find me another room or use the pool shower but I was already undressed and didn't want to leave room). I fell asleep before the 20 minutes was over.

In the morning we were awoken by many doors slamming and voices in the hall. A second attempt to take a shower, although warm, the water was was not hot.

Needless to say we was disappointed and said so at the front desk. This is where Melissa went above and beyond the call, by 'comping' our room for us. I was flabbergasted. (We would have been happy with a coffee and the apology she was already giving me.) . Melissa said she hoped that it would allow us to consider staying at another Prestige Hotel on another date and trying their brand again.
Yes indeed Melissa, we will.

Stayed here for one night. Room was outdated and smelled musty. Needs to be renovated! We stay in vernon regularily and there are much better places for less money and include a breakfast. Don’t waste your money. Definately not 3.5 stars.

Stayed here for when in Vernon for the past 10 years and am treated extremely well. Good staff, quiet and always have been pleased. Excellent location. Wish the rewards program was better but that is minor.
