This is a beautiful resort, inside and out - it is a bit out of the way (45+ minutes from Kelowna, 25 minutes from Vernon) but adjacent to Predator Ridge Golf Course & great for a long weekend getaway, etc. There are beautiful crystals everywhere, the small details were amazing. We were lucky enough to have one of the few corner suites, that allowed us almost a 180 degree view of the lake and the mountains (& golf course) and was very clean and in good condition. The spa was fantastic, beautiful surroundings, very organized - excellent Global Massage from Dean! Many unique & unusual amenities, such as a cold sauna, tea room, serenity room, etc. Would advise that you book spa appointment well ahead of arriving, as we would probably have had a 2nd service, but it was booked up.

The service was over all very good, Front Desk employees in particular were excellent, very helpful & friendly with check in, suggestions, golf club check, etc. The employees were in general very friendly and efficient, with only 1 or 2 exceptions. A suggestion might be more clear signage for 1st time guests pulling up as to where to pull in, as we didn't realize at first that we were supposed to drive through the stanchions, and the bellperson/valet seemed a bit disturbed that we didn't do it properly...

The food in the restaurant was quite good, and the menu changed every day, which was nice, as there aren't a lot of options nearby except for Predator Ridge, unless you drive for over 20 minutes to Vernon (one way). Breakfast buffet was excellent, included in the room price and great selection as well as service. Dinner service was good but very leisurely, both times we had dinner in the dining room it took about 2 hours, even with only two courses, but again the small touches such as amuse bouche and the treats with coffee were great.

We will definitely recommend this resort to friends & family, especially for a relaxing weekend getaway, anniversaries, etc.

If you are looking for a spa getaway with great food and service in a gorgeous surrounding you have found the perfect place, look no further. This is the second time we've been here. The service was excellent, friendly and unpretentious, but attentive and professional. This building is set nearby the Monashee Mountains and Okanagen Lake, and next door to PGA golf course Predator Ridge. The building itself is an architectural gem, the interior design is stunning and delights the senses. Owned by Swarovksy, crystals are part of the design everywhere, you are greeted with pleasant aromatherapy smells in saunas, bathrooms, experiential showers and even music under water in the pools. The pool is designed in a way that allows you to swim from indoors and out into the infinity pool. We then ended up suntanning on the deck on those gorgeous comfy lounge chairs which overlooked the mountains and the lake beyond, I was in my happy place.
There are 7 steam and saunas all with different therapeutic benefits and temperatures and humidity levels. They were as fun as it was relaxing for the 4 of us and toddler. I've got many facials before and I can say that they have the best facial ever! In between, we lounged in the various relaxation lounges and sipped on a variety of tea provided. The standard room we had was gorgeous, and had well thought-out and unique design features that you wouldn't see anywhere else. The wall to wall floor to ceiling glass window really took advantage of the views and surrounding. There's a crystal fireplace and sparkling crystal lights in the ceiling at night that sets the mood. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept really well both nights.
We food was delicious, we had all our meals here the whole time, they also change their menu daily which is a nice consideration to guests wanting a variety. Breakfast buffet was awesome, dinner was truly gourmet using local and fresh ingredients.
We did a fitness class which was a great way to start our day. After breakfast we took a hike onto one of the many nature trails surrounding. We came upon a small pond where we observed the play of wildlife of birds. Along the way there are benches you can sit and take in the views and sounds of nature.
With all these great elements put together, this resort is really unlike any other and is truly world-class, and a hidden gem in the Okanagen region. A genuine thank you to the incredible staff for their wonderful hospitality! We were sad to leave but happy to have made our second visit such a awesome experience. We are already thinking of our next getaway to Sparkling Hill!

Absolutely stunning setting in the Predator Ridge hills overlooking Lake Okanagan between Vernon and Kelowna, British Columbia. One of the guests told me this resort is listed as one of the top 10 spas in the world. I believe it. Superb attention from staff, outstanding restaurant, amazing spa with every imaginable type of sauna, steam room, indoor/outdoor endless pool overlooking the lake, massage therapy, hot tub, hiking trails, golf course next door. Reasonably priced for all the inclusions. Definitely a return trip is in order.

We have spent about 10 days in this absolut fantastic ressort. From superb rooms with a great view, nice anf friendly service in the restaurant and food of supreme quality - our stay gave us a fantastc back up for the Masters World Championships which took place in souvereign Lake / silver star mountain ressort.
Coming back totally exhausted we went straight into the Spa of th hotel and enjoyed the huge sUna and pool as well as the wonderful treatments - all carried out by highly competent and friendly pofessionels! The absolut highlight for us was the cold sauna with -110 degrees.....a fantastc experience which we highly recommend! We did not feel the time pass so quickly and we had never been more relaxed than after our stay at the sparkling hill! Hans-peter, the hotel manager even made it possible for us to find a placefor preparing our skies in the Hotel which enabled us to attein a bronze medal at the competizions! So when we left there was only one last which in our minds - to come back as soon as possible!

Wonderful resort, very very clean pool, spa, service is impeccable. The breakfast was divine, from organic eggs, fresh fruit, good coffee, mini muffins that melt in your mouth, tiny apple turnovers, pancakes yum yum..... The spa has numerous saunas, from rose, crystal, salt etc..., a must try for everyone. The rooms are extremely comfortable, from the bedding, lots of towels, the layout, the view is spectacular. We lived in the housecoats on Saturday. What a treat....... The dinning room is a MUST!!! service was excellent - Thank you Ian our waiter.....little extras from the kitchen ie - chocolate square with fresh blueberry...nice touch...

Room Tip: Book early, as spa fills up fast

This place is amazing!
My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to catch a deal on 'Go-Low' deal for this place. We had never heard of it but for half the price plus some incentives we decided, why not! After booking I did check out some reviews to make sure I knew what we were in for and I dont know how anyone would have anything bad to say about this place! We went over the weekend and arrived after 9pm on Friday. Check in was smooth and they let us know where we could grab some food that late in the hotel as we had not eaten dinner.
The rooms are amazing! Floor to ceiling windows, sliding door and two shades, one to let in light and one to block out everything as the bathtub is right by the window. We had a lake view which was lake and mountain view, everywhere you looked it was just beautiful. The two person bathtub was great. The hotel also provided bathsalts if you wanted to use them for your bath. Not sure if there is one in every room but we also had a walk through shower. Very convient to go into the shower from the bathtub then straight into the actual bathroom area. The beds are great, my boyfriend is obbsessed with tempurpedic beds and noticed as soon as he sat down that it was a nice firm tempurpedic. When we got to our room we were shown all the different light switches, like how to turn on the crystal fire place. Really I could go on about the rooms but so I dont keep going on, they are just great! And clean!
The food is also great. The free breakfast isnt bad, it was pretty similar both days we were there but still not bad food for a free buffet. We had dinner at the hotel on the Saturday night and it was amazing. Not really over priced either. The portions are good and food is great. The service is also great. We were told we should make a dinner reservation however even though we didnt we were still seated right away and they even tried to get us a table near the window.
The spa, also great. We spent some time in all the pools before getting massages, it was a nice way to just relax. There is under water music but you only really hear it when i sit underwater, which isnt really easy or normal. Our massages were great, we both got the signature massage, which just means you get to the tell the RMT how much time you want them to spend on what areas. After this we spend a few minutes in the tea room then hit up the steam and saunas. They were nice and relaxing. Our favorite thing to try was the experience showers however. The tropic and thunder settings were cool as it came with sounds and smells, right there in the shower!
Check out was a tad busy but still went smoothly and we had no problems getting our vehicle from the valet parking.
Really I dont have anything bad to say about this place! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the place is just amazing.
Great place for a relaxing weekend away! And though we did only pay half the price we'd still go again.

We were told you won't find a hotel anything like this in North America and it's true. Such an architectural gem and with fantastic views. Customer service was excellent and the food was amazing. I couldn't stop talking about the steam and sauna rooms when I got back because they were so much fun and different! This is definitely worth the experience!! Only negative - not very kid friendly.
