I recently stayed at the Lakeshore Paradise with my parents - who were visiting from overseas - and we had a wonderful time. The guest house is cosy and clean and has a little kitchenette (very practical), the lake view is amazing, the host, Mira, makes you feel so welcome and the breakfasts were delicious. The B&B is fairly close to down town Vernon (maybe 10 minutes by car) and close to Predator Ridge. My mom and dad still talk about 'our little paradise'.

We loved staying here for many reasons. It was great to have our own standalone accommodation but still close to the host in case we had any questions. Mira was so friendly and accommodating. She gave us suggestions on places to visit and her breakfasts were amazing. Backyard lakeshore is beautiful and the close pet friendly beach was a plus. Will be coming back this year. Thanks Mira!

I booked this bed and breakfast for the long weekend in May because it was close to the field that my husband was playing soccer on in a tournament. But then we lucked out and had sunny beach weather the first day and got to truly enjoy being right on the lake. We have friends with a vacation rental cottage on the lake in nelson and in many ways this was a similar experience to staying on our friend's property. A totally relaxed vibe is present and Mira was extremely welcoming and accomodating. Those looking for a more formal experience might be disappointed. Mira's breakfasts were totally delicious and unlike many of the b&b's we stay in also very easy on our stomach's - fresh, healthy and not too heavy or rich. Mira went out of her way to assist me when my plans changed and I had to fly home earlier than expected and took excellent care of my husband for the remaining day. The cottage was perfect for our needs. However, its location in the backyard between the house and beach meant that the only way to ensure privacy was to close the blinds while in the cottage. The cottage however was quiet at night and there were no obstacles to getting a good night's sleep. We will definitely be back again...and again!!

Great location. Even though we were there on a ski trip, being on the shore of Lake Okanogan made the stay extra special. The accommodations were comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was made to order each day though there is a kitchenette! Mira is a special hostess- she goes the extra mile. Mira baby sat for our four legged child while we were skiing. Mai Lei loved her Jake! We would return either in summer or winter!

My husband and I stayed here for one evening, and wished we had more time for a longer stay. If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful and clean place to stay while you're in the Okanagan, this is the place for you. Right on the water with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Mira, your host is most friendly and welcoming. Along with her very cute dog, Jake! She offers an array of breakfast items and is most delicioius! We stayed during their off season, you can beat it! Definitely would come back and recommend it to everyone!

Excellent location on the shore of Lake Okanagan with private beach area. Mira made us feel so welcome and her breakfasts are amazing. After touring the local wineries we sat out on the beach in the afternoon sunshine looking out over the lake watching the Osprey diving for fish. Excellent value for money.
