We enjoyed our escape from northern BC to the playground around Predator. We were on the long term rental for off-season so spent 3 weeks there. We are not devoted golfers, but thoroughly enjoyed hiking all the trails and biking the mountain bike trails down to Ellison and back. I was very impressed by the wilderness feel of the hiking trails, with overlooks to Okanagan Lake. Such a treat to sit up there on the rocks and take in the view. We kept very busy everyday - and never did enjoy the pool. Or the pickleball. Did use the driving range and practice centre. Added in bike trips to KVR and the Rail Trail and the Kal Lookout trails.
I do agree that it can be a noisy place - even the construction in the Commonage can be heard all over the property. We only ate at the restaurant a couple of times. Both were very good with very good service.
The reason I gave 5 stars is that everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE went out of their way to be helpful and friendly and accommodating. All this while the lobby and offices were being repaired for flood damage. We had our bikes in storage, and staff were always super positive and helpful about accessing them.
Predator is a beautiful piece of the property, and is beautifully kept with many activity options for visitors and residents. And on top of that, all the staff (hotel staff, greenskeepers, golf guys, store people, servers etc) interact with hellos and small talk to make you feel very welcome.

Nice style in the room. Spacious and nice quality finishes. We weren’t there for golfing we just wanted a romantic escape with nice food options and a feeling of being pampered. No breakfast restaurant while we were there. Lunch was only available in small pizza place. Dinner wasn’t special and service was terrible. Perhaps the problem was that we were there off season but we won’t be back. More hype than quality.

Weather turned on our spring break and decided to take a few days off the rv. Thought the golf resort would be a quiet place to spend a few days. Nope. 7 am an army of gas powered leaf blowers fired up for most of the day. Constant am beeping of carts again around 7 am. Finally the furnace in cabin 29 was insanely loud. Slept for 3 nights with ear plugs. Couldn’t wait to get back to our rv. The place is picturesque but oddly a noisy spot.

Stayed in the main lodge building in a 2 bedroom king suite. Huge room, great view over the golf course and a super comfortable soaker tub to use after a long day spent enjoying the surroundings. Love Predator Ridge!
