The thing, I mean, the thing you need to know about Bon Rouge is that the menu abounds with locally source, produce and created items. From the greens from their own farm to the locally sourced and raised turkey on the special Thanksgiving menu, local abounds. And the kitchen does wonders with it. The highlight of the menu are the three course specials - some every night others only one night a week. All food is cooked to order, so settle in for a wonderful evening of conversation and great food and service. The kitchen is highly accommodating of food alllegries and preferences as well. The wine list is not extensive, but does the job nicely. Some good values to be found there (others are over priced but that is part of the game, if you know your wine you will do fine). Also a great patio. Highly recommended.
