4 adults. Service was friendly and efficient. Caesars and martini were great. One person tried the 3 course tasting menu for 35$. She had spotted shrimp lettuce wrap (good), sweetbreads with grilled peaches (good) and rabbit confit (just ok...and the spinach it came with was inedible). Next person had yam soup (he felt it was too sweet)... I tried it and thought it was pretty good but not great. He also had the sweetbreads. Next person had sirloin steak with potatoes and veggies ( good). I had Dungeness crab and shrimp stuffed sole in a (weird) snap pea soup/sauce. It was pretty good...nothing to write home about. We ordered 2 desserts. Cheesecake with blueberry balsamic topping. (I thought the balsamic blueberries were horrible and ruined the whole dessert...but 2 others didn't mind it...would have preferred without). I had the creme brûlée sampler...way too sweet and I didn't care for the flavour combinations (chocolate was good but the cherry port and lavender honey were not so good. I would like to see traditional creme brûlée on the menu). Be aware ... All portions from appies to desserts are smaller which is fine with me...but some might not like this.
