This place was highly recommended by a local yet I am not sure why? The place is very non-descript so we drove by a few times before spotting it. We circled around the block a few times before deciding the only place to park was in the lot behind the building with all the tow-away signs, none of which granted Hong Kong West parking.
The front windows are covered with moisture more commonly seen at a Turkish bath. The interior was very plain and the tables and chairs were basic. It was early evening and the tables were two-thirds full.
The food served to the neighboring tables looked good but the service was ridiculously slow; twenty minutes to order, another thirty minutes to be served. The first dish we ordered, they were out of the ingredients, the second was not recommended by the server. When we did get the food, it wasn't bad but far from fantastic. The water glasses were never refilled and we finally asked for the bill and again waited before finally going up to the counter to pay.
If you do get tired of waiting for your food, the Hospital cafeteria is right across the street.
