We had some time in BC on our way to Seattle (Royal Caribbean cruise) and hence decided to check out the whale watching tour. All the facilities including the boat were great. We were out for a couple of hours - saw a few transient orcas from the distance, a few harbor seal and that was that. The company is great, but it was just a slow day for whales in general.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your tour with us and that you got to see Orcas and Harbour Seals.

It is unfortunate that you thought it was a slow day for whales. Every tour is unpredictable and different in terms of what can be spotted. Just like whale watching anywhere in this region, or the world, it can be hard to predict how much of the whales we see.

We are glad you enjoyed your tour overall and hope to see you again!

Right from the start - the ticket agents to the crew. Very friendly, helpful, cheery and fun. Always checking in and while on the boat - providing information and points of interest.

Wanted to finish our family Canada holiday with a bang, ended up being a disappointing whimper as no whales were found and returned to harbour after 3.5 hrs when the trip was positioned as 3-5 hours?
I know you can’t guarantee these things when Mother Nature is involved but a very expensive boat ride for 4 seals and a seagull, the guarantee of rebooking for free isn’t of much value when you are a tourist.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us as we value all customer feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you did not see any whales on your adventure. Every tour is unpredictable and different in terms of what can be spotted. Just like whale watching anywhere in this region, or the world, sometimes we aren't lucky enough to see whales but we can assure you that we always try our very best to find them.

We do stand by our whale sighting guarantee and encourage our guests to join us on another tour in future at no cost, in the instance that no whales have been sighted. This guarantee lasts a lifetime as we understand that sometimes guests' are just passing through.

The experience of our guests is really important to us so please do contact us to arrange another booking in future. We would be happy to help!

Today we went on a zodiac with our skipper, Rush. It was really amazing. We saw a big group of humpback whales. Later we saw three killer whales, one was grey (albino whale) They were hunting a dolphin and they got him. Really crazy to see from so nearby. Rush gave us a lot of information and was a great skipper! The weather was great and the boat ride was really fantastic!

How amazing that you got to see Humpbacks, Killer Whales and Tl'uk, the whale who is assumed to have Leucism which causes his pale coloration.

So great that you enjoyed your whale watching adventure and we hope to see you again soon!

We did the Vancouver to Victoria one-way excursion in the morning and it was the perfect way to travel between the two cities. Although sightings are never guaranteed, we were lucky enough to see a humpback mother and calf and a pod of Orcas, as well as some seals and a bald eagle. The knowledge of the staff was excellent and they were great in explaining what was going on answering questions we had. We had Malcom, Sandy, Stuart and Mar who were all excellent. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone.
