went 4 times in a week trying to see the Orcas; saw whales on the first 3 trips but no Orcas; on the 4th trip they specifically went out to find the Orcas and found them and it was amazing; Captain Bill, Captain Chris and Captain Joe did an outstanding job and naturalist Laura was exceptional; would highly recommend the catamaran boat

Although at first I was sceptical whether the catamaran of Prince of Whales would be such a fantastic experience as the Zodiacs, I was told better: We were able to follow four orcas over long distances for more than half an hour, got very close to the rocks with sea lions, seals and a sea otter and on the way back our captain actually managed to find a grey whale. The three guides provided us again and again with comprehensive information.

Had a wonderful morning with Laura and Lilli as our naturalists looking for whales. Saw humpbacks, orcas and at one time both species interacting which apparently is very unusual. Also saw sea lions, sea otters and bald eagles. Very informative tour on a very comfortable boat. The sea was a little rough due to winds but the boat was very stable. Would highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely wonderful experience with family and two young grandchildren. The youngest was allowed on the bridge to look for whales which made his day. Saw everything you could possibly see including humpback, killer whales and a rare grey whale and a rare white baby orca. Special shout out to Maia who was extremely informative and a pleasure to listen to.

James, Amy, Anthony, and an additional whale spotter * we can't recall her name but she was super knowledgeable and informative* were the greatest crew! They were so well informed about all of the wildlife species & the history and culture of the area and were great at sharing that with the guests- we learned so much! Not only that, but we managed to see so much variety of wildlife due to their great effort & expertise! The attention to details such as blankets, hats and free warm beverages make all of the difference! The gardens are beautiful and the you have the perfect amount of time to do it all. Would highly recommend to anyone with an adventurous heart!
