Went whale watching for the first time with a few friends. What a mind-blasting experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jen and Capt. Scott were amazing. Constantly providing excellent knowledge and information about the orcas. We were extremely lucky. Saw dozens of whale and even saw a rare White-tail Dolphin. Jen's authentic and well informed tour has actually made me appreciate how luck we are as British Columbians to be the stewards of this beautiful eco-system. Probably will visit again in a year or 2. Would recommend this tour operator to others.

After 30 some years, I can finally take whale watching off my bucket list. The boat was comfortable, and the expert guide added immensely to the experience. We saw both orca and humpback whales with plenty of opportunities for pictures. Success at last! This was a highlight of our visit to British Columbia with perfect weather, incredible scenery, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff who shared in our thrill of seeing whales for the first time.

Jen was one of the first mates on the Ocean Magic and she was very informative about the humpback whales we were able to see. She knew her stuff and it was very interesting to learn about. Claire was also very helpful and was explaining the details of race rocks as we were going through. Thank you so much, it was an amazing day!

We had a great experience with this company. It was easy to book online, and they were all ready on time to suit us up. We took the zodiac tour, and everyone seemed really happy on the boat. It wasn't too cold, and our driver named Rush gave us lots of details about what we were seeing, and answered all of our questions. We saw killer whales, sea lions, and we searched for the hump back whale but didn't see them that time, as he explained they go under for 25 minutes at a time, so it's pretty much luck as to whether we see them or not. We got great pictures, and we'd definitely do it again! Ps. Mitchell was also very helpful in the office! :)

Had a great time! these boats get you right up to the marine life! Unfortunately we were unable to find any whales this day, but our very knowledgeable guide was able to show us plenty of other marine life. Sea Lions, lots of Dolphins, eagles etc. Well worth the cost. I would recommend glasses or goggles for the wind if you are going to sit in the front row. Our Captain for this outing was Mark. Thanks Mark!
