Christ Church Cathedral is not a lot to look at. The newer addition has given some much needed colour through stained glass east of the altar. Otherwise the church is rather austere in the same way as many of its British counterparts. However, the congregation has a great reputation for support of music -- both for service and for art. The building is at its most beautiful when there is music -- so search this out! Consider being nearby outside when the bell ringers let out with a full peal!
