This hotel has an excellent location, just behind the Fairmont Empress Hotel. It is fairly new but the lobby was undergoing renovations when we stayed there in the third week of July. The elevators were quite worn and dirty. The room was ok but some of the furniture was showing its age. The staff were good. Overall this hotel was not up to the standard of other Marriott hotels we have stayed at in North America. We did not go to the onsite restaurant as there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Room Tip: We were told that the third floor is for people with pets. Higher floors have good views of the city.

Stayed a few days before sailing trip. Easy to get around to do great sight seeing. Staff was great helping us with great tips. Loved the exhibits at museum , did a open bus tour (too long), had fun over at visitor center. Easy walking from hotel.

We had a great experience had the Victoria Marriott Inner Harbor. Check in at the front desk was very welcoming and we thought the service remained consistent throughout our stay. The rooms probably need some updating, but the location and views are so worth the stay. The hotel has an incredible view of the harbor, well worth the view rooms. We ate at the onsite restaurant, Lure, one evening and the food was great. There is an indoor pool, spa, fitness center and ping pong table! Overall, a great experience for our family at this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel numerous times for business. It is a comfortable hotel, close to everything. For these reasons, the hotel is very busy during the summer time. They are currently renovating the lobby so not much to look at right now. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and willing to help. The concierge level has a great view and usually has a good selection of food and drinks. My only complaint would be that everytime I requested for a microwave during online check in, i get informed that they will have it there when I arrive but I have had to call them every time as soon as I get in the room as it wasn’t there. They always remedied but i’m not sure why i have to follow up every single time.

Stayed 4 nights to enjoy the pleasures of Victoria. This hotel is well located but that’s all it has going for it. It is a tired building with a very shabby interior decor; I think about 1990’s vintage. The Reception area is undergoing a major renovation and is set up in the ballroom with some token giveaways to compensate for the inconvenience. The staff in this hotel were indifferent in attitude and few and far between. No luggage handling offered or available. Once bitten....

The hotel is in the process of a renovation and we know our guests will be very pleased with the fresh and modern look once completed. We do hope we have the opportunity to welcome your back in the future.
