“Great Bento Box and tremendous Spider Roll”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2011

There aren't a lot of dining options at Bear Mountain but Kuma Sushi is certainly worth a visit. Our party of 4 enjoyed the $15 - 2 selection choice - bento boxes at lunch and a delicious spider roll to share. Everyone enjoyed their Bento choices which ranged from a great 6 pieces of sashimi, tempura, plenty of Maki choices as well as several meats.

Nice ambience, OK pricing and good food will bring me back.

“Below Average”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 1, 2011

Help, I'm stuck at the Westin Bear Mountain Resort, with limited dinner options. Have dined here two nights in a row, and won't do so again. Menu has limited selection, which can sometimes be a good thing, but not in this case. At the price they charge, can they not provide real crab with their California Rolls, instead of pollock. Also, they used some very over ripe avocado (ie black spots all over the avocado. Service was fine, fish quality average (did not care for their scallop, which was cooked and firm, and not at all delicate. Unfortunately Victoria has many sushi restaurants, with few of them offering quality fish.
