Interesting, esp. about the early development of this area & the First Peoples. Certainly worth an hour or two. Only downside for us was that the weather outside was so beautiful, we didn't want to be inside!

The museum is focused and does a good job of regional history. Exhibits were well thought out and interesting. We did an IMAX movie and spent a few happy hours checking it out.

We saw the South Pole exhibition and IMax movie about Shackleton. Nice. Well laid out. Really liked the totem exhibits.

We were concerned that the 4 1/2 year old would not be interestec - she was so enthusiastic about all the displays - particularly the nature area

Looking for something to do that's a little different, the RBC is a great place to spend a couple of hours or the day, by yourself, with family or friends. Great exhibits, the IMAX, special exhibits are so well done, enjoy the areas that talk about the history of our province. Willie's Bakery, national geographic store and the museum store are really great places to spend some time too. l
