“Beautiful Park for a Walk”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 24, 2013

This beautiful park with its lakes, pools, flowers and cornucopia of trees is a relaxing place to enjoy a walk away from the busier streets of the town.

“So beautiful.”

Beacon Hill park is laid out with beautiful flower beds, the summer is the best time to go. Plus the petting zoo is fun with kids.

“A true stroll in the park that refreshes one's soul.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 15, 2013

uncluttered, no commercial stuff, just a kids zoo, the peacocks, the ponds and the daffodils in the spring, strolling and visiting. letting the kids run free, quiet, cool, on the south end you can sit on a grassy knoll and watch the waves crashing about in the Straits of Juan de Fuca and see the Olympic Peninsula in the blue distance.

“My family and I love going there, especially in the spring and summer”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 15, 2013

There are baby goats at the end of spring at the petting farm, so cute. The paths and flowers, including the ponds are beautiful. If you are going to see a park, this is definately one to consider

“Endless trails...”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 14, 2013

Great place to get out and stretch your legs everyday of the week. Ducks, peacocks and so many other birds and animals to see. Lots of people doing the same thing. I've even seen the odd nude or topless person there as well. Very relaxed and just a fun and scenic place to visit when in the provincial capital.
