This is one of these places that has so much potential. It needs a few updates and needs air conditioning. The room was comfortable but luckily cooled off outside or it would have been impossible to sleep. Great location and a great pub attached.

Rooms are tiny, made worse by furniture that's too big for the room. No air conditioning with loud road noise. Wifi sucks. Smells kind of musty dispite being 'smoke free'. The only upside is that it's got a good location.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and the bed great. My only knock on the hotel is that the hall carpets were very dirty and in need of cleaning.

This location is fabulous and the price was reasonable, but the room was very awkward. The way the furniture was arranged made the room feel small and cramped. There was a kitchenette in our room, which seemed like a good idea, but it had no counter space and so it was hard to even make a bowl of cereal. There was a small step up into the bathroom which was weird and dangerous. We kept the bathroom light on all night so no one would trip on the step in the night. There was no place to eat in the room either. The one small table was covered by the coffee maker and a lamp. There is a restaurant on the property and the kitchen opens up into the stairwell so the halls smelled like stale food. The elevator is so slow that the stairs are the default option. The worst part about staying here, is that you are surrounded by obviously nicer hotels that you will wish you had stayed at instead.

Thank you very much for your comments and we’re glad you liked the downtown location – it is something we are known for. We do have a number of room styles, many without the kitchenette or a step into the bathroom as well. Thank you again for your comments and we hope you will choose to give us an opportunity to better serve you in the future.

The staff were very nice. Though that the property had some upgrades, there was no air conditioning, which made for a hot night. I would also suggest new mattresses, as I found them hard to sleep on. Also the room was quite small, especially the bathroom.
