This was our first stay at this location. When we entered the hotel we were greeted by the front desk clerk who was in the room behind. She checked us in and I requested a cot. She told us tha t it would be an extra charge. We told her that it was fine and she said that she would get someone to bring it up shortly after 3:00pm. We waited until 4pm and then I phoned down six times. No one answered the phone. We then went out for supper and returned at 5:30pm. I then again called downstairs but no one answered after multiple times. I then went to the front desk and found the clerk on the phone behind in the back room. She put the phone on the desk and came out to greet me. I had told her that we had requested a cot and it hadn't come up yet. She said that we didn't request one, there was no record. I said that I had requested one with someone before 3pm and she said that it wasn't her. I then asked if someone could bring one up so we didnt' have to deal with finding out at 10pm when we arrived back. She was quite rude during his discussion but It was in our room when we returned. Great location, but the Days Inn front desk is lacking good customer service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your comments. We're glad you enjoyed our downtown inner harbour locations - we're very lucky it's so ideal - close to everything. We do apologize for our front desk oversight and lack of attention as it isn't how they are trained and certainly not appropriate - they will be spoken to immediately so as it doesn't happen again. Thank you again for writing your review and I hope you will choose to give us an opportunity to better serve you in the future.

We recently attended this concert at the royal theater on Broughton street and this hotel was perfect, Our whole experience was great, from check in, to the wonderful room on the top floor overlooking the harbor, to our free breakfast and check out was smooth. The price was amazing for all we received, keep up the great work.

I stayed one night at this Hotel. I chose this location since it was essentially right across from the Ferry terminal. Also, this location for this property is unbeatable. You can walk to many of Victoria's attractions from here.

I had an off season special of CAD $68 plus taxes. The room was clean. Huge. Very quiet. Wifi was a little weak on the table, but when I moved the laptop to the bed it was fine (this would be the only complaint I could think of). A breakfast coupon was included with the room. You can pick a few items off of a list or you could use the coupon as a $5 off voucher for something else on the menu.
