We stayed here because of the great price for the 2 bedroom suites and ideal location. We were rewarded with a lovely 2 bedroom suite (so spacious and beautiful-both bedrooms had access to our massive balcony). The front desk was so helpful and always cheery. I dropped off many a postcard with them and relied on them for insider's advice. The breakfast is great-and loved the to-go coffee cups as well (also had a fine selection of teas). The view of the harbor was nice, although if we'd had a room on a higher level, it would have been all the more fantastic. The prime location really cannot be beat by any hotel.
I enjoyed the free wi-fi, full kitchen, and (had I had a car) the free parking. The lighting in the bedrooms gave it a nice modern feel. The bathroom products were lovely-and I enjoyed the normal hair dryer (vice the wall-mounted ones most hotels have). There is ample closet space!
My only suggestion would be access to a fitness room. Thank you for a truly lovely stay!!!

Room Tip: Try to get a top floor room if a view is important to you.

We are just finishing up three days here. What a beautiful place! We started out in a two bedroom, after asking to move from a one bedroom for a very small charge. The suite was lovely with a terrific partial harbor view. Clean, huge, updated. Our second night the fire alarm went off in our room about 10 pm after we were in our pajamas. They couldn't figure out how to fix it so we were moved...to the penthouse. Incredible suite with three terraces all with wonderful views of the harbor. Seaplanes, water taxis, ferries, the beautiful city at night. The staff has all been amazing, friendly and eager to help. One of our televisions wasn't working this morning. Within 10 min, someone was up to fix it. Parking is underground and free. Breakfast is in a lovely room with great views and really good continental breakfast. The homemade granola bars are terrific. And the ladies in the breakfast room are very kind and helpful as is the housekeeping staff. Customer service is obviously something they take very seriously and it shows. All in all. It is a great place to stay. We will be back the next time we come to Victoria. It's not the cheapest place but when you add in breakfast, parking, excellent service and the views, it's hard to find a place with greater value for the dollar.

This was my first time staying at this hotel while on business in Downtown Vicoria. The Holtel is a great deal especially considering that the secure underground parking is free. The breakfast is well prepared and presented. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was most accomodating and friendly.

I stayed here 2 nights before driving out to Tofino. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful, spacious and nice this condo is! The front desk staff was always helpful. The view over the marina was beautiful,, and this property was absolutely perfect for walking everywhere in the downtown area. didn't have to get in the car at all..

I have stayed in almost every waterfront hotel on Victoria. By far our 2 bedroom suite on the 7th floor had the most breath taking view of the harbour. You could see the clipper sailing in, sea planes in the air, birds flying and of course the beautiful blue water. The location is probably the best as well just steps from amazing restaurants, minutes away from shops, mall, China Town, ~ 5-8 min walk to Empress, 15 mins to IMAX. Was a bit disappointed there was no AC? The suite was very spacious but furniture was a bit outdated. Really surprised how many closets there were probably more than 10 !! I guess thats good if you are a resident there. They had free breakfast and also had an option where they bring it up to your room for only $2/ person!!! Amazing breakfast for $8 for four of us ( so much food). So glad we booked just before they sold out on the Easter long weekend. We come to Victoria at least 3 times a year and will always stay here from now on.
