“Perfect Hotel”

The Hotel Rialto is a perfect hotel for your family vacation. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant's food was delicious and the waitstaff was very attentive. The rooms were large, modern and comfortable. Free wi-fi was a plus. It is not right next to the Ferry but the walk was manageable even with suitcases.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were modern, clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was exceptional, from the reception, to the bartender to the coffee room. It was a charming visit. I would return.

This is THE worst hotel one could ever stay at!!! I was in room 407, and could hear the buses, screaming pedestrians and the cross walk 'beep' ALL NIGHT!! I called the front desk to request a change in my room, but they said they have no other room available as they are sold out!!!

Unfortunately i have nothing more to say about this hotel, except, if you DO NOT wish to SLEEP, then please stay here!!! Its terrible with all the street noise, as the rooms are NOT sound proofed at all. I am amazed how a hotel such as this can survive this long and how it can be built without any sound proofing.

TERRIBLE!!!

Room Tip: stay away from room 407

My wife and I spent a beautiful romantic evening last weekend at the Hotel Rialto and what a treat it was. We booked the Romantic Package and from the welcome bottle of chilled Italian white wine with accompanying cheese plate with chocolate dipped strawberries to the folded towels on the bed in the shape of two swans to the huge soaker tub, the room was fabulous. Free parking and $50 towards dinner included in the package. We spent much of the evening exploring a variety of fascinating creative cocktails sitting at the bar talking to the effervescent bartender Ken. Ken all the staff were wonderful. We were so impressed we booked to go back for another romantic evening in 3 weeks!

We stayed in the king suite with my family of four. It was very clean, enormous, and very quiet. We paid for the extra 15 dollars a day for their parking and it was well worth it. It is only a half of a block form the hotel and you can go in and out as much as you like.

We stayed at the Hotel Rialto last weekend and it was great. The staff was excellent. We received a couple of surprises: A complimentary cheese plate, which was delicious and complimentary pastry and beverage or $3 off an item from the breakfast menu. Our room was very clean although very small in comparison to many hotel rooms but we would definitely stay there again. We booked through Hotel.com.

We spent a night at the Hotel Rialto last weekend with our little one year old. We booked through BC Ferries Vacations which included free parking, a cheese plate (with roasted garlic!) and a complimentary latte with a discount on breakfast!

Check-in was a breeze (which is very important with a precocious little one) and the location of the hotel was terrific. Large bathrooms and very updated rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel! We had a terrific mini-vacation!

Also the wine store staff were very knowledgeable and recommended a great wine to go with that cheese plate, and the rooms had wine glasses and a corkscrew in them. You never find that in hotels anymore!
