I truly appreciate you taking a quick moment to post your review of our hotel. You are right about our Penthouse Suites - they offer lots of additional space in a fully equipped suite setting. Both the One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Penthouse Suites are suitable for families, friends travelling together, or that "Special Occasion." Thank you again for your kind comments. We look forward to your return.

We enjoyed a harbour facing room on the 4th floor. The room was not over spacious but it included a small kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave plus cutlery and some basic crockery. This was in a small room off the bedroom with a small table and chairs. The bed was comfortable and good towels in the bathroom. Only niggle in the bathroom are the dispensers in the shower for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Also we experienced quite a bit of traffic noise from the road outside so perhaps a room on the Quebec Street side would be quieter. These are old hat and you don't know the quality you are getting. Known brand small bottles would be better. The breakfast included was good and certainly enough variety to get you going for the day. Lastly all staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We would recommend this hotel and hope to return again.

Room Tip: Suggest ask for a room on the Quebec Street side for a quieter sleep.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review following your recent stay with us. It is great to hear that you were pleased with the accomodations and amenities provided by our hotel. Our hotel "green" policy does include dispensers in the guest room shower, which provide bath gel and shampoo. We recognize that perhaps this is not for everyone, and we do provide complimentary bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel upon request. Hopefully we will have an opportunity to welcome you back to Victoria again soon.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip! Very clean hotel facilities, public areas and rooms. We chose it for the 2 Queen beds, non-smoking hotel with heated pool and close to pier. We came to Victoria on the 10:30am Black Ball ferry and the hotel staff were nice enough to allow us to check-in that early! Pillow top beds with satin-like comforters and extra blankets & pillows in the closet made for a dreamy sleep! The room had a small kitchenette with a table & 2 chairs and the balcony had a table with 2 chairs. The room had 2 more arm chairs so there was plenty of seating. The outdoor pool was very warm even though the day had been cold and cloudy and the hot tub in the spa was really big and super warm - along with wet and dry saunas - perfect after a long day of sightseeing! But, the staff were the most outstanding - offering tips on where to go and how to get there. Was able to check-in and print out airline tickets for the next day for free on their guest computer. Laundry available near parking garage stairwell and parking was free. Hotel is only 2 blocks from harbour and very close to many of Victoria's sights. Also, just a few blocks from Fisherman's Warf which is on a pier with a lot of eateries and cute houseboats. Breakfast offered a good variety of pastries, fruit juice, bacon, etc. but the "egg omletes" were a bit plain. Take the free tour of the government building and the Butchart gardens is a must! If traveling with 2 or more, it's cheaper to rent a car for the day (Budget is just a few more blocks from hotel) than to take the bus to the gardens, then you can stop at the Butterly gardens and take afternoon tea at one of the several restaurants. But, the hop-on hop-off bus will get you to most of the sightseeing places. Victoria's downtown and pier/dock area is very pedestrian friendly, too.

Room Tip: Higher harbour view rooms are more expensive when booking, but I overheard the staff upgrade a guest...

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful to us in finding a specific restaurant that we wanted to go to.
Appreciated the secure underground parking and the fact that it was included in our hotel fee.
Appreciated the continental breakfast and the many items it offered. Also the staff member looking after the breakfast room was very friendly.

Room Tip: Our room faced the inner harbor in Victoria and the view at night with all the city lights reflectin...

Needed a short rest after working on a large event. Took the Ferry from Anacortes, WA to Sidney, on to Buchart Gardens for a wonderful lunch at the Dinning Room, a free boat tour and of course the gardens in spring bloom. On to downtown Victoria to stay at the Best Western Inner Harbour. Perfect location to walk to the BC Museum (a must visit) the Parliament Bldg (free tour) and all places around the harbour. Took a boat tour of the harbour, most recommended and easy to find, just off of the main street by the docks. Great complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Never needed our car during the stay. They had free secure parking. Rooms were large and had a small kitchen attached. We were on the 2nd floor and had a view looking down at the pool and the park, a peek a boo view of the harbour from the large deck. Several restaurants are next to the hotel. Had a wonderful dinner at the Harbour House Restaurant just next door to the hotel. They make great Cosmopolitans and Martinis.

Our trip was for a medical appointment and we stayed for two nights. We enjoyed taking the scenic route which bypassed all the city traffic. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Parking was handy. It was great to be able to get breakfast in the hotel included in the cost of our stay. We will definitely stay here again for future trips.

We arrived as a group of 18 after a week long cruise to Alaska and were extremely impressed with the hotel facilities. Our room with a balcony was spacious, the kitchen an added bonus and the bathroom quite luxurious. We enjoyed the hot tub and Sauna - although the latter was a bit crowded with 2 in it. It was lovely to have sunshine for the two days we were in Victoria after several days of cold, windy, rainy weather - although in spectacular surroundings. The hotel is in walking distace of many eating facilities and to essential shops. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: We were in room 303 overlooking the pool but I am not sure which direction it faces, However, the v...

We are pleased that your group visit to Victoria was a success and that you were so pleased with all we have to offer. Hopefully we will see you again soon for a second "cruise cool down."
