Our first trip was so good that we decided to try it again, but this time in Winter to see Victoria's Christmas Lights. Again we were welcomed with tea/coffee and cake. Our room was spotless - even the sheets were ironed and the towels new and fluffy. The room had a fruit basket with two chocolate bars, just in case we fancied a snack. We walked downtown to harbour (10 mins) and started our light tour there. Returned about 3 1/2 hours later, fed and happy, albeit a bit cold, so Bob and Becky warmed us up with glasses of wine. Breakfast next morning was again superb - choice of cereals, yoghurts, fruit, toast and home made jams with Becky's home made muffins. She also made a hot breakfast of ham, egg blossom (in phylo pastry) and tomatoes, and provided a baggies to take any unused muffins with us. Can one say anything bad? Not really, but to keep this real, the shower is part of the bath, and has plenty of length and width, but because of the angled roofs would be a bit short for very tall people. That is the only thing I could find as a con. There is no doubt that the pros far outweigh, and this really is a treasure of a B&B!!!
