My boyfriend and I stayed at Abigail's for two nights. Enjoyed the room and garden and nightly manager's reception. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending Pagliacci's and the Marina for wonderful dinners. One disappointment, tho, was being charged $15/person for the breakfast we had. Not sure if it was related to our discounted rate from Hotels.com, but had assumed it was included in $239/nt. I didn't question it while there, but my follow-up email to the innkeeper from a week ago has gone unanswered. I couldn't even finish my 3-cheese quiche that contained bleu cheese. Would be curious to see what other guests' breakfast experience is/was.

We just returned from a two night stay and had a lovely time. We were a bit worried about being in the ground floor room by the front desk, but it was very quiet and well-laid out. A bit dark, but that was nice for sleeping. The breakfasts and appetizers were delicious and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is well located, and we walked to shopping and restaurants the whole time we were there. A nice romantic getaway!

The staff is professional, well trained, helpful and knowledgable.
The excellent chef prepares a new menu for breakfast daily.
The afternoon appetizers are wonderful and are never the same.
The room was large, beautiful and well appointed with a working fireplace and a sofa right in front of it. Our windows were open all day and night with a wonderful breeze. The view out our window was lovley. The bed was absoultely wonderful. Big fresh fluffy towels daily. We enjoyed sitting on our veranda and drinking coffee or wine. The entire place is beautifully maintained (buildings and grounds).

We loved our stay at Abigail's Hotel. We can see how it won B & B of the year so many years in a row and why it was just named botique hotel of the year.

If we are in Victoria again we will most diffentely stay at Abigail's Hote.

My husband & I stayed at Abigail's six years ago. We always talk about this inn and how we wanted to return.
We checked in on June 26 for two nights. This time we had our three year old daughter. What is so great about Abigail's is that not many B&B's accept children. The staff made our daughter feel right at home. The chef even made her a special breakfast not on the menu. One evening, she enjoyed a special hot chocolate that Jessica made for her.
We stayed in a Country Room. It was very confortable and the beds were great. We loved the bathtub and rain shower! A nice addition since we last visited was the in-room flat screen TV/DVD player.
Breakfast was great as it always is. A nice selection of light (fruit/granola), savory (omlette with salmon) or sweet (puff pastry with fruit). We especially enjoyed the afternoon snacks of egg rolls, veggies and fruit. There was a good selection of British Columbia beer and wine (for an additional charge but it's priced right).
Abigails is one of our favorite places to stay anywhere. It's located close to Inner Harbour but far enough away from the action to be relaxing. The staff is always top notch and friendly. This is a place that is truly special!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Abigail's Hotel. Upon check-in we were offered an upgrade to a Coach House room which we gladly accepted. The room was beautifully appointed and it had a small balcony. Very romantic with a working fireplace, CD music provided, a two person jacuzzi and rainhead shower. The staff at Abigail's went out of their way to ensure we were having a pleasant stay and handled all our requests. Abigail's has a beautiful sitting room in the main building which we used while waiting to meet family. The staff ensured the music was not too loud, adjusted the lighting, offered us drinks and asked if we needed anything else. Very attentive service! We checked out early in the morning and the staff made sure we had coffee to go for our drive to the airport.
Abigail's is in an excellent location and is an easy walk to all attractions. The grounds were gorgeous, full of flowers and lit at night. It was too early in the season to sit outdoors but it would be beautiful in the summer to have breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres in the outdoor terrace. Thank you Abigail's for a wonderful anniversary stay!!
