The bartenders here are quite experimental and skilled. It is always an experience at Veneto. Burnt Rosemary, blowtorched lemon peel, absinthe sprays, it is experimental cocktail heaven. I used to live close by here and it was an easy stop- sometimes too easy. However, the food is an afterthought. And I really hope they eventually kick it up a couple notches to match the drinks. To me this is a bar, I go here before and after going for dinner elsewhere.
