“Friendly delicious adventure”
Reviewed September 30, 2013

Close from our hotel, this restaurant scene seemed lively considering it was a Monday!
No reservatons needed, we sat for a while at the bar and were pleasantly helped by the bartender for a bottle of local wine selection, better yet at half price, as well as the plentiful antipasto plate. Entreé selection was a superb halibut to share and the dessert, a magnifique Caramel Napoleone. Well served and for $60! Want more?

“Terrific food at reasonable prices”
Reviewed September 26, 2013 via mobile

Visited for dinner with friends on a Thursday night at 7pm.

Please note this restaurant is popular and does not take reservations - first in first served.

Pros:
1. Terrific service - waitress was professional, polite and attentive without being over the top.
2. Food - ordered mains of scallops, braised duck breast and halibut. All were extremely tasty and were $12-19 in price representing great value for money. Ordered the Caramel Napoleon and Basil Creme Brûlée. Both were memorable dessert experiences. Nothing left on either plate!
3. Atmosphere - restaurant has a great ambience.

Cons:
Can't think of any.

Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone living in or visiting Vancouver.

Really great little restaurant. Last night in Canada before returning to Australia and barman at hotel recommended. Well was worth it. Tried to get in earlier in the week for Mussel night but totally booked and waiting list. Went on a Saturday and arrived at 5.30 to make sure got in and was well worth it. Ordered three dishes and desert and all were great. Can highly recommend

“Lucky find”
Reviewed September 14, 2013 via mobile

Found this place by chance great staff limited menu but excellent quality. The duck was cooked perfectly (pink) and as good as any we have had, the local beef was also excellent. A small restaurant so you might have to wait for a table but worth it!
