Having been in Canada and the US for three weeks, I was generally disappointed with the standard of the available coffee. The ubiquitous filter coffee is available everywhere but is universally blah. The standard of espresso left a lot to be desired. Then I found this place, quite by mistake, but in need of a coffee fix. Watching the barrista go about his work indicated that he really knew what he was doing. The results confirmed it. On complementing him on his product, the reason became obvious: he was trained in Melbourne Australia, home of the world's best coffee!
