Loved the décor and ambience of this place. Staff were great. Quirky way of serving wine. Fresh oysters were stunning, loved the array of toppings. Also had mussels which were delicious and crab cakes. My husband wasn't keen on the rockafella oysters but that is probably personal preference. Would definitely come here again.

Went to Rodney's with friends for Low Tide and had such a great time. The servers were more than amazing and so much fun! Our table had such a blast and it started our night off right. We have ate at the Rodney's in Toronto many times but this night in Vancouver was the best Rodney's experience to date! Thanks guys!!

You will love Rodney's! There are 2 locations in Vancouver and both are fabulous. We often go for a feast of raw oysters along with one (or 2!) of their famous Caesars (made with fresh horseradish and garnished with a jumbo prawn). Prices on oysters are fantastic for happy hour (3-6). Staff are fantastic. Great casual atmosphere.

We had a choice of oysters- sweet and fresh. The dressings were ordinary( luckily i also like them with a splash of tabasco and a squeeze of lemon. Then we had fish stew which was truely terrible. It came in a tomato base which was like a straight carton or passata. The shrimp/ prawns or whatever you call them were like those tasteless farmed rubber bungies you get from Korea . Now I am all in favour of farmed fish as opposed to decimating wild stocks but these were inedible. I asked where they sourced their shrimp and was told Vietnam. Well I know that their FDA is not up to European standards so i never touch them that alone strikes them off the list. The staff were very pleasant however and this could be a really great place if they just up their dish standards. The Caesar - which I was dying to try was also a thumbs down- give me a good Bloody Mary any day.. Wild horses wouldn't drag me back here
