we decided to try something new with whole family. We ordered out. Wife and I ordered dinner platter - Steak and chicken breast were good, Prawns were ok . rice and salad were not my favourite. there were a lot of sauces not sure what they were used for. Some people ordered Pasusca, they seemed good . All in al was good, just we found it little expensive .

My first ever experience of Salvadorean food. And thoroughly enjoyable. Pupusa's and huruache. Lovely and soft, very filling, very tasty and full of flavour with a bit of spice as well. Never had it any where else, so nothing to compare it with, but certainly enjoyed it and keen to explore this cuisine further. Staff are very friendly and really helpful in talking through the menu and explaining it all, despite being busy. Can't fault them

We made a pre dinner stop to try the recommended guacamole and the pupusas. They had no guacamole, but the 'mixed' (pork, cheese, beans) pupusas were delicious. Served with a vinegary smackeral of coleslaw. Should have had a second round and the creme caramel style dessert on offer that day, but went elsewhere for our dinner where the food was more expensive and inferior. Not fancy, very oldstyle family type business. Nice to support it and get good food.

I believe the intended audience is its community. Most if the customers spoke Spanish and all held a familiar tone with the owners. Even the televisions was aligned to Spanish stations.

This should give confidence in the food, which was simple crisp and well presented. It was similar to Mexican fare, but also different. This makes it worth the experience.

I've never had El Salvadorean food before so i didn't know what to expect. My bf ordered revuelta pupusas- 3 sort of thick soft taco with cheese, beans and ground beef Within the patties (think flat empanadas) With a side of slaw and hot sauce. I ordered Barbacoa tostada and 3 mini beef tacos. All tasted very good with a kick of spices. Service was slow ; the owner was the order taker, cashier, server all in one. The place is stuffy with minimal ventilation so the smell seemed to stick to our clothes (!) Overall, it was a good intro for me to El Salvadorean cuisine.

Cash or debit only. Parking is difficult to find at dinner time.
