This company was very prompt, courteous, professional and catch fish of a lifetime. I would recommend this company and its fishing guides to anyone anytime no hesitation. It is money well spent that cannot be put into words. If catching sturgeon is on your bucket list, do not book with anyone else but this company and our guide Yves. Absolute perfection and professionalism and a great time.

I have had the opportunity to enjoy a 3 day fishing trip with Chromer Sport Fishing. They took care of transportation, hotel reservations in Squamish, and don’t get me started about how well geared up and experienced are the guides that I shared my fishing experience.
Definitely recomended for those anglers who would like to learn about trout and salmon fly fishing with the pro’s.
Tom, Pat and Austin... thank you guys, each and every one of you have shared a lot of your fishing experience with me and that’s the most valuable thing about this trip!

This trip should not be listed as a fishing trip. It is nothing but a sight seeing voyage that cost 1200 dollars. No bottom fishing allowed in the Howe sound at all and this fact is not disclosed when booking. When we arrive the guide was not ready and needed to stop to get ice. He was a smoker which is not a problem but when he threw his butts in the ocean I lost all respect for this so called environmentalist.

Eyyy, sometimes you can't win for trying. This is like going to an Italian restaurant and complaining they won't make you a taco. We clearly do not advertise bottom fishing out of Vancouver on any of our websites or literature. It's not something we do, promote or sell. When clients ask about bottom fishing or halibut fishing we are 100% transparent with our trips and tell them this is simply not an option. Most local areas are closed to bottom fishing and there are no targetable numbers of halibut close to Vancouver to make for a viable trip. Mid June was undeniably spectacular for salmon fishing which you had the opportunity to experience.

We operate an honest company based on unbeatable local experience and wouldn't have it any other way. We manage expectations and deliver on our promises trip in and trip out. Our office manager Greg did make you aware that we do not offer bottom fishing when booking. Trust me, we want everyone to enjoy themselves when fishing with us, we're genuinely sorry you did not, but our upstanding services are undeserving of this poor review, as those of you reading this will hopefully see.
