We tried “Incendio” in Vancouver’s Gastown area. The location is easy to walk to and very accommodating with excellent service and food. It is a homey Pizzeria and has a traditional brick oven that produces a wonderful aroma while you are waiting for your order. We shared a FRIZEE - mixed baby greens, candied almonds, feta cheese, strawberry ginger vinaigrette salad that was accompanied with their house bread basket of small white pizza slices brushed with olive oil and garlic and oregano (I think). We ordered a small CALIFORNIA PIZZA - sundried tomato, roasted garlic, mozzarella & asiago cheese. The salad was very fresh and quite good. The Pizza was terrific and cooked to perfection. I was so impressed I had to congratulate the Pizza Chef on the way out. This is a very nice homey little place that I am sure you will enjoy and aims to please. Give it a try. I wish we had one back home.
