Love the decor, especially the wood panellings. The lighting is a wee bit too low, might make it difficult for people with low vision to move about without assistance. The menu is fairly extensive and the wine list quite adequate. Had the Porterhouse steak, which was served medium rare, as ordered. The other half had lamb, which was juicy and succulent. Tried local wines which we found a wee bit fruity and sweet but otherwise nice. The sides ordered were large portions. Ambience is formal/romantic, although casual dressing is not an issue. The live piano music is a very nice touch, and best enjoyed at the well-stocked bar. Will return soon!
