“Food is good/not too bad, though restaurant is not that nice looking”
Reviewed September 29, 2013 via mobile

We visited Chinatown area one day and was told that it' a well known restaurant. The restaurant is located within a mall, it' divided in dining area and karaoke/dining area; we ate at the dining area, it looked kind of old, if the carpet is changed, it would have made it looked newer and nicer. We had a stirred fried scallop vegetable dish and a steam tofu fish dish. We liked both dishes, seem and tasted fresh; tasted good. I would have appreciate it if they put in more scarllops.

“Dim Sum NOT to die for!”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

We were the invisible Occidentals! Poor service along with just mediocre food. Plus waiter forgot? To place 1/2 of our order, but this ended up being ok as the food was so poor. Don't waste your $ here.

“I'd skip it”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

We brought our European guests here for some authentic Dim Sum. Sadly we got the caucasion table. You know.. the one by the bar, under the screen, and by the waiter's noisy dish station? Yeah that one.

It started off ok. Minimal wait, food was coming fast and furious. As we did not want our food to get cold we waved a few trolly's off, including desert that was offered the second we sat down.

After we finished our first 6 dishes we waited 25 minutes for the next cart. And then 15 minutes for the cart after that. We finally got up paid our bill and left.

First time ever I have left a Chinese restaurant still hungry! Our guests felt the same.

On the whole we did better that the other caucasion table, you know the one in the far corner that no cart ever goes by? They left after 35 minutes with no service AT ALL!

Dated decor.. grubby - we had a stained table cloth. Sign at front door specifically said they covered all parking.. it reality it was only $1 but you don't find that out until you meet the cashier at the parking exit.

There are better places.

“Tasty food, bad service”
Reviewed September 1, 2013 via mobile

Our party of 7 dined at an off time, around 3:30pm. Because of the off time, most of the dim sum menu was unavailable so there there really weren't very many choices on the menu. The huge dining room only had a few tables filled and we had to seek out someone to see if we could be seated. We had to ask several times for water, rice, soy sauce, etc. before our request was met. The food was tasty, but the portions were very small. Very expensive for the price.

“Bad food, horrible service”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

We figured eating in Chinatown was a must, so we took a concierge's recommendation and went to this restaurant. Bad decision. The waiter was not interested in serving us, and kept forgetting things - like the silverware (I cannot manage chopsticks), never got any water, one of our parties entrees was left in the kitchen. Featured plate of spareribs was inedible.
On the plus side, it was Friday night in China town when they have the street market, entertainment, and ping pong games. Next time, I'll try the street food instead.
