Spent an enjoyable couple of hours playing the course. Very attractive holes and not too taxing, albeit with enough challenge to sort out the pitchers from the putters! For a park course the greens are well kept, but few people took the trouble to repair pitch marks. The only sting in the tail is that in addition to the basic cost ($13.60/adult; youth cheaper) they charge hire costs for the clubs and you need to buy the balls! Minimal costs but not included, albeit you can bring your own - but not as an overseas tourist!!

Easy to find this very short golf course in Stanley Park. Plus, lots of parking nearby or simply walk in from the south east entrances. Well maintained course with some challenging holes, but mostly fun for friends and family on a nice day. Plus, you are in Stanley Park.

The pitch and putt course has 18 holes ranging from 40 to 100 yards. The course challenges your short game but Stanley park is a beautiful setting. We saw the coyote twice and a raccoon walking across the fairway. They seem very comfortable around people. Bring your own golf balls and save a nit of money for rentals. Thus us a favorite activity when we visit vancouver.

I took a vey excited 12 year old for her first golfing experience. She beat me. It's a beautiful place, it was a quiet afternoon and no one was waiting, so we could go at our own pace. There are rentals available in kid sizes.A short course where you can experiment without fear. It's free during the winter months.
We did notice a coyote , a few holes away. It was scary, bit he was used to us, and so went on his way.It can get busy there on a sunny afternoon, but you just need to pace yourself and enjoy the lovely scenery, in spite of the missed putts.

Not that you'll need another reason to walk Stanley park, but located at the South/West side of the park, a short walk from the beach, is a little gem within the park as a whole.

A short Par 3 course, there is little challenge for the seasoned golfer, but for those just wanting an excuse to spend 2 hours surrounded by trees and flowers, you could do much worst than trying this public course.

Busy on weekends, there may be a little delay getting your first tee off, but the park offers challenges for all skill levels. Club rentals are available for those who don't normally enjoy the sport.

Have fun, bring water and sunscreen, and enjoy a day in the park.
