I am totally surprised why there is no previous review on this restaurant that are so popular among the Chinese community in the lower mainland of Vancouver. I have been visiting this restaurant for many many times in the last 15 years. Under the previous owner, it was always full in the evening. During peak season, you need to eat either at 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. Their famous dishes included the "Hand-shredded chicken", "Pigeon", Preserved vegetable, ginger with beef, Special vinegar baked pork ribs", stuffed duckling as well as the dessert - sago, lotus seed pudding. Some of the dishes need to order in advance. After the new owner took over, I visited less; afraid that things may go wrong. But this proved to be not necessary as all the dishes are almost the same in terms of quality. If you don't want to be so crowded in the evening, go there in the afternoon. Remember that they close on Monday. You may need to park your car along the nearby streets as spaces are always insufficient.
