We used it to get to the various points of interest along false creek. The crew is great. We got the day pass - great deal.

Cheap, cheerful and different.
Sweet little ferry boat, made crossing to Granville Island another experience.
Helpful staff, short wait and not expensive.

The day my husband and I chose to attempt to walk from English Bay to Granville Island it was +32 and we were DYING. Then, like an oasis in the desert, was the False Creek Ferry. It appeared and saved us from certain sunstroke. For $3.75 each, my husband and I got to enjoy a nice 5 minute boat ride in the comfort of the False Creek Ferry. The ?captain? was helpful and friendly, and we both enjoyed the ride immensely. Now that we are aware of this method of transportation, we will definitely go again.

Fun way to sightsee on the river. Day pass only $15.00 per adult. Got off red bus at Granville Island and then did whole river trip. Takes you from Maritime Museum to Olympic Village. Also used for transport to restaurant on Granville Island in the evening. Helpful local drivers added info about any buildings of interest.

We were told by our live host on the bus (Emanuel) about the False Creek Ferries and that it was included in the cost of our Pink Big Bus tickets. What a great way to get across to Granville Island. We didn't take any other routes.
